CARE Canada greatly appreciates your use of its banners to support our mission to end poverty. To use CARE banners on your web site you must comply with the following terms and conditions.

• You will not alter, change and/or revise CARE banners in any way.
• Any links posted on your web site bearing CARE's name, logo, or banners must actively link to http://care.ca.
• You acknowledge CARE may periodically update its banners and/or this agreement and that you are responsible for keeping up with any changes.
• You will not use any CARE banner in any context that may tarnish CARE's name or reputation.
• You will not use any CARE banner on any web site that includes pornography or any content that CARE considers obscene, offensive, objectionable, harassing, or defamatory.
• You agree to immediately remove CARE's banner(s) from your web site if instructed to do so by CARE.
